- Biochemistry: Purification of protein & compounds: Involved in Isolation and purification of proteins & plant based natural compounds.
- Molecular biology: Isolation of DNA from human lymphocyte, agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR. Apoptosis, DNA damage assays.
- Enzymology: Enzyme inhibitory kinetics, Enzymatic assays, enzyme kinetics and,interaction study of enzyme with inhibitors and activators.
- Microbiology: Isolation and inoculation of bacteria and fungi, isolation of pure culture and colony characterization. Antimicrobial activity by disc & zone inhibition. MIC & MBC determination.
- My research focuses on Biochemistry, with a strong emphasis on understanding biomolecules, their interactions, and their functional significance in living systems.
- I work extensively in Phytochemistry, analyzing plant-derived compounds, their structural characterization, and their biological or therapeutic potential.
- My studies involve evaluating the antioxidant, antimicrobial, and bioactive properties of phytochemicals using advanced biochemical assays.
- In the field of Microbiology, I investigate antimicrobial activity, pathogenic mechanisms, and the effects of natural compounds on microbial growth and survival.
- Overall, my research integrates biochemical mechanisms, phytochemical profiling, and microbiological evaluation to explore natural compounds for health and biomedical applications.
